Insync Patient Survey Results (2022) and areas of improvement are as follows:

1. I am able to see a doctor quickly when I need to.

·         We have a few appointments kept available for on the day urgent reviews. These will be triaged through our practice nurse.

·         We have recently recruited 7 new GPs to our team across both sites, which has resulted in more available appointments and flexibility with times

2. It is easy to make an appointment for a day and time that suits me.

·         All our appointments are available online, however now with more doctors, this should improve availability.

·         We also have a cancellation list, please be assured you will be contacted if a vacancy arises.

3. Everything ran on time.

·         If we have extremely long waits, we usually phone our patients to notify them, however sometimes it’s too late as patients have already arrived.

·         Estimated waiting times are provided to patients on arrival when necessary.

·         Our current policy is that for wait times greater than 20min, a staff member will keep you updated and offer alternatives if you require.

·         We endeavour to keep the doctor’s schedules appropriately booked in a timely manner, however we cannot predict unexpected emergencies.

4. The practice team works well with other health services in the area
(eg. Hospitals and specialist)

·         We have our own visiting specialists and contracted allied health clinicians readily available on site, your GP can discuss this with you.

·         Our practice brochure has a list of all our current clinicians/specialists.

·         We are also closely connected with other services in the area and liaise with them regularly.
