Whether it is something that has been bothering you for a while, a prescription you need renewed, or something that came up this morning, our GPs are here to help. We bulk bill most consultations across our Gisborne and Woodend clinics, so you can get the care you need without worrying about the cost.

What to Expect

Booking is easy. You can book online any time of day or call your preferred clinic directly. When you arrive, our reception team will check you in and let your GP know you are here.

Your GP will take the time to understand what has brought you in, ask the right questions and explain what they find in plain language. If anything needs following up, whether that is a blood test, a referral or a follow-up appointment, your GP will talk you through the next steps before you leave.

If your issue needs more time than a standard appointment allows, we can book you in for a longer consultation. Just mention it when you book and our team will make sure you have enough time.

How We Help

We look after patients of all ages, from newborns through to older adults. Whether you are bringing in the whole family or coming in for yourself, you will always be seen by a GP who takes the time to listen and get things right.
We believe good healthcare should be accessible to everyone in the community. That is why we bulk bill the majority of GP consultations at both clinics. If you are unsure whether your visit will be covered, just give us a call before you book.
Seeing the same GP regularly makes a real difference, especially for ongoing health concerns. We encourage our patients to build a relationship with their regular doctor and our team is set up to support that wherever possible.
We do our best to offer same day appointments for patients who need to be seen urgently. Availability varies by clinic and time of day, so book online or call us directly.
If you need a referral to a specialist, a prescription, a pathology request or a medical certificate, your GP can take care of that during your consultation. If you have a few things to cover, just let us know when you book so we can set aside enough time.
