Dr Umair Masood
GP | PARTNER | GISBORNE CLINIC
The founding partner of Neal Street Medical Clinic, Dr Masood has been looking after whole families in the Macedon Ranges since 2015. He brings a background in plastic and orthopaedic surgery to his GP work, with a particular focus on skin cancer, cosmetic medicine and musculoskeletal care.

Dr Felicity Reeve
GP | PARTNER | WOODEND CLINIC
A qualified GP counsellor and certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Dr Reeve has a refreshingly holistic approach to patient care. She is passionate about mental health, health coaching and the very real power of lifestyle change as medicine.

Dr Daliah Mirchandani
GP | PARTNER | GISBORNE & WOODEND
A local at heart, Dr Mirchandani has a postgraduate Diploma in Child Health and a genuine passion for getting to know her patients properly. She has a particular interest in children's health, women's health and mental health.

Dr Audrey Goh
GP | PARTNER | WOODEND CLINIC
Dr Goh brings a rare combination of clinical practice and active medical research to her work, currently investigating eczema treatments alongside the Royal Children's Hospital. Her particular interests are mental health and skin cancer management.

Dr Tiffany Yapp

With a Masters in Clinical Embryology and a background in rural Victoria, Dr Yapp brings a breadth of experience that shows in her work. She has a particular interest in women's and children's health and a real commitment to the kind of long term family care that makes a genuine difference.

Dr Carl Lee

A certified personal trainer turned GP partner, Dr Lee practises what he preaches when it comes to lifestyle and health. He has a particular interest in sports medicine, skin cancer, preventive care and paediatrics, and holds a Certificate in Dermoscopy.

Dr Hui (Mandy) Yue
GP | GISBORNE CLINIC
With eight years of experience across Melbourne hospitals and GP clinics, Dr Yue brings a broad skillset to her work. She has particular interests in women's health, paediatrics, dermatology and skin cancer, and is fluent in Mandarin. A self-described lifelong learner, she regularly attends conferences to keep her knowledge sharp.

Dr Winnie Sim

Before medicine, Dr Sim completed a PhD in paediatric inflammatory bowel disease - so when she says she loves a complex problem, she means it. She has a particular interest in women's health, paediatrics and preventive care, holds a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and offers a full range of antenatal, postnatal and Mirena services.

A Fellow of the RACGP trained at the University of Adelaide, Dr Le is known for his calm, thorough approach and for making patients feel genuinely heard. He has a particular interest in skin cancer, dermatology and chronic disease management, with additional training in wound care and minor procedures.

Dr Alaa Al-Obaidi

Dr Al-Obaidi brings a wealth of experience from medical roles across Australia and overseas to her work at the Woodend clinic. She has a particular interest in women's health, sexual health, mental health and dermatology, and is known for taking the time to make sure her patients leave feeling informed and supported.

Dr Xin Jin (Jinx)

Dr Jin, who goes by Jinx, brings over a decade of experience working alongside neurosurgeons in Victorian tertiary hospitals, giving her a rare depth of expertise in neurological and spinal conditions. When she is not in the clinic, you will find her hiking, cycling or chasing a good photo somewhere off the beaten track.

Dr Rosa Marchetti

After years in emergency medicine across Canberra, rural Australia and Echuca, Dr Marchetti has swapped the adrenaline of the emergency department for something she finds equally rewarding - getting to know her patients properly over time. She has a particular interest in women's health, sexual health and end of life care.

Dr Saadoon brings a wealth of international medical experience to his work at the Woodend clinic, having trained and practiced overseas before making his way through hospital roles across NSW and Ballarat. He has a particular interest in men's health, children's health, mental health and chronic disease management, and is experienced in minor procedures.

Dr Mazhar Ali has built her career across hospital roles in Queensland and Geelong before bringing her practice closer to home in Woodend. A former Australian Defence Force member with overseas operational experience, Dr Watson brings a unique perspective to his work in general practice. He has a particular interest in veterans' health, chronic disease management and children's health, and is well known in the Macedon Ranges community having previously practiced in Romsey and Lancefield.

Dr Sneh Sabhaya

Dr Sabhaya brings a Master of Surgery in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and years of emergency medicine experience to her general practice work. She has a particular interest in women's health and speaks four languages including Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi, making her an accessible choice for patients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.

Dr Arnott has worked across a wide range of specialties in regional Victoria, giving her a strong foundation in caring for patients of all ages. With over 15 years of clinical experience across hospitals in Iraq and Australia, Dr Ruban brings a remarkable depth of knowledge to his GP training at Neal Street Medical Centre. He has a particular interest in chronic disease, travel medicine and mental health, and speaks five languages including Arabic, Kurdish and Assyrian, making him an accessible choice for patients from many different backgrounds.

Dr Melanie Lamden
AGED CARE GP

Dr Read has called the Macedon Ranges home since 2008 and knows this community well. Rather than seeing patients at the clinic, she works exclusively in local nursing homes, bringing experienced and compassionate care to aged care patients across the region. Dr Parvinder Sethi
AGED CARE GP
Dr Sethi completed additional postgraduate training in geriatrics and psychogeriatrics in the UK and has dedicated his career to aged care medicine. He works exclusively in residential aged care facilities, specialising in the assessment and management of dementia and complex aged care needs. With over 30 years of pharmacy experience across four countries and a Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Karim brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to his work as a Diabetes Educator. He is particularly skilled at tailoring diabetes management to individual patients, with a specialist understanding of Middle Eastern and culturally diverse diets. He speaks Arabic and English fluently.

Hashan Fernando
PODIATRIST | WOODEND CLINIC
Hashan holds a Masters of Podiatric Practice and a Master of Public Health, and has hands-on experience assisting podiatric surgeons across Victoria. He has a particular interest in sports biomechanics, rehabilitation and pre and post-surgical management. Outside the clinic, he is a devoted cricket fan.

Himani completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University and has since worked across hospitals, aged care, community health and private practice. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injury and rehabilitation, with additional experience in cardiorespiratory and neurological conditions. Known for her warm and positive approach, she has a knack for making patients feel genuinely at ease.

With over seven years of experience across musculoskeletal, sports and geriatric conditions, Cherry brings a well-rounded and genuinely patient-centred approach to her work. A long-time Macedon Ranges local, Rana has been part of the Neal Street Medical Clinic family for many years, working across reception and administration before stepping into her role as Business Manager. She knows this practice inside out and brings warmth, experience and a love of a good conversation to everything she does.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Noelene has spent many years working in medical reception in the Macedon Ranges and is the reason our administration runs like clockwork. Known for her ever-present smile even on the busiest of days, she brings a calm and steady hand to everything she manages. When she is not keeping things humming at the clinic, she can be found doing yoga, tending her garden or enjoying time with her grandchildren.

Di brings a wealth of nursing experience to her role as Nursing Manager, having worked across a range of clinical settings throughout her career. She has a particular passion for diabetes care and is a Diabetes Educator, alongside a broader interest in chronic disease management. Outside of work she is dedicated to her family and to the ongoing challenge of keeping her plants healthy.

Michelle has been a familiar and welcoming face at Neal Street Medical Clinic for many years, leading our reception team with warmth and quiet efficiency.
